Each piece is unique and handcrafted. Though I pay incredible attention to detail and only sell finished pieces that I would be proud to own myself, small imperfections or variations may occur due to the nature of working with natural materials. If you have any concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact me right away. My hope is for you to love your piece as much as I loved creating it for you. I'm here to help make things right!

In the event a refund is desired, you have 30 calendar days from the date it was delivered by the shipment carrier to return your item. Please review additional eligibility guidelines below.

To start a return, please reach out to us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statements.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.​

Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We do everything we can to ensure your items or artwork are packaged extremely well to prevent damage, but understand that sometimes damage during shipping can occur. Please contact us right away if this is the case. Requests for refunds or exchanges due to shipping damage will not be accepted if initiated more than 10 days after your purchase has been delivered.
